Soul Alchemi Values

It all began with the desire to heal and live a full life joyfully. Having lived through many griefs and traumas what I’ve come away with is that I am worthy of living and experiencing a full life, a life of joy. I’ve come to realize that suffering is a choice. Through my own healing process, I discovered what values are important to me: freedom, connection, joy, embodying unconditional love for all of me, awakening to my true self, connecting deeper to the divine within, and so much more. These core values are part of my everyday life, and it’s guides me in each healing session with the beautiful souls I work with. Despite it all, I’ve found that life is beautiful, meaningful, filled with purpose and is joy and deep love is possible no matter what one’s experience has been.

FAQs

  • Grief is experienced differently for each soul. There is no one size fits all prescription. To begin the process, begin by meeting yourself exactly where you are at. Having compassion, kindness for where you are now is the perfect starting place. There is no getting over loss but rather, we learn how to walk with grief in a healthy way.

  • The work you do with me is sacred work. It is heart and soul work. Sustaining your healing outside of our time together is called integration. Your integration will require action on your part to create and implement the changes necessary for long term healing. Integration is often the most challenging part of the healing process because it requires consistent action on the part of the healed as they return to their day to day life.

  • How many healing sessions you need depends on the nature of what you are healing. Each individual healing session and program will look diferent based on what the needs are.

  • I approach healing from a multisensory and multidimensional space. Meaning, each human being is more than just a five-sensory human, and as such the healing work I do meets each soul from that multidimensional place of the mind, body, and spirit. Connecting with each layer to address where wounds might have stagnated, helps to transmute energy so transformation can occur. Healing is a sacred process that honors the sacred soul.

    I utilize the following in my sessions:

    1. Somatic and Bodywork

    4. Guided intuitive counseling sessions.

  • There are many suggestions I can give but I will give you my top three.

    1. Find and walk with compassion. We tend to judge and be so hard on ourselves that compassion helps to guide us gently on the road.

    2. Secondly, feel and be honest with where you’re at. The more you can invite your authentic expression and feeling, the more you step into your healing.

    3. Third, be patient and don’t take any shortcuts. Grief is different for everyone. Don’t compare your grief and healing to anyone else’s. In my own experience leaning in rather than leaning out helped me to honor the full experience and it helped me to stay connected to all I was experiencing.
