Reignite Your Joy ~ A Shamanic Retreat May 2-5th, 2024
A yoga shamanic retreat is an opportunity to restore and reignite your inner joy and harmony by reconnecting your Spirit to the sacredness of nature, your body, your breath, your heart, and your soul. Located in Marysville, TN at Seven Springs Holistic Retreat Center at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains on over 120 acres.

Quantum Soul Yoga
Quantum soul yoga is an opportunity for you to meet your total self and express all facets of you in authentic expression of movement, breathwork, dance, toning through voice, and light language clearing.
This 8-week winter series, you will be guided into going within the dark to connect with narratives and stories that have held you back. Winter supports deep inner work so we can be ready to rise and radiate when Spring approaches.
Our 8-week themes are as follows:

You are invited to end of year alchemy with Esha Estar. An end of year event to move, breathe, dance, and do some vibrational assessment ‘aka’ shadow work before entering the abundant year of 8 (2024)
Included in end of year alchemy is yin yoga, light language, connecting with our shadows, self-limiting beliefs we’re ready to transform, breathwork, dance and clearing ceremony.

Welcome to Quantum Soul Yoga, a 90-minute candlelit experience of hatha yoga, light language, breathwork, and meditation. Quantum Soul Yoga is based on creating inner freedom, higher inner frequency, breaking free of self-imposed limitations, moving beyond perceptions, narratives, and our egos.
Light Language is a type of high vibrational frequency of sound. It is considered to be the ‘language of angels’ or the ‘language of the soul’. It is both an ancient and multi-dimensional form of communication that bypasses the logical mind and connects directly with the heart and soul.
These dynamic frequencies of sound and light adjust to each person’s vibration, bringing about deep clearings, activations, healing, and balancing.

Part 2 of Living Through the chakras will explore chakras 4-7. We will discover they’re energetic significance, asanas, mantras, and how we can unlock and balance each chakra.

Part I: Living Through the Chakras: You are not your story
Every experience we live is stored in our energy bodies. The chakras (wheel) are the invisible energy centers that holds the imprints of those experiences, good and traumatic ones. The heavy residues left behind by traumatic experiences can create repeated patterns that can arise stalling the healing process.
In this half day workshop, you will learn the wisdom and medicine of the first three chakras and how it can help us heal and move into greater inner and outer radiance.
Included in this workshop:
Wisdom of the first 3 chakras: root, sacral, and solar plexus
Poses to connect with the chakras
Mantras for each chakra
Lessons of each chakra
How to clear and clean your chakras
· Observing how your emotions affect your chakras and energy

Our monthly half-day Sacred Sistarhood retreat is an opportunity for women to commune with each other in a ceremonial way. A place of remembrance when women gathered together to connect, build community, share stories, be in their bodies, reset, recalibrate, and heal with their sistars. We will do:
