Each morning the smell of the ocean and the sounds of Macaw parrots and howler monkeys will greet your ears. Walks in beautiful gardens surrounded by verdant flora and fauna that will captivate your senses. You’ll practice yoga and meditate in a beautiful yoga space that overlooks the ocean and the shrine walk. You’ll take in gorgeous sunsets for the eyes to feast on and eat delicious farm to table foods created with love from the talented staff of Blue Osa.

Welcome to Wild Woman Rising Retreat, an experience towards inner freedom, beauty, and joy. At a wild woman rising retreat, you are called to remember and reactivate the wild woman that resides within you. The intention is to restore inner joy, freedom, bliss, play, and embodiment, all the while awakening the wild woman that resides in you. She teaches you that everything belongs, how to hold your experiences with sacredness, and to collect the wisdom from each experience. We’ll do it in beautiful Costa Rica at the tranquil and stunning Blue Osa Yoga and Spa Retreat Center where you will connect and meditate with nature, dance, practice yoga, do transformative breathwork, shamanic practices, practice being playful, and rebirth the wild woman within your heart.
This Experience Includes:
. 7 days and 6 nights at beautiful Blue Osa Retreat center in Costa Rica (voted 2022 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best)
· Shared Eco-Friendly Accommodations
· Three delicious primarily vegan/vegetarian meals daily from local farms (including Blue Osa’s farm!)
Eggs are offered daily, and chicken options for 2 or 3 dinners in the week.
· Two daily themed yoga practices (Hatha and restorative). Practices suitable for all levels.
· Daily meditation practices.

What’s not included:

Reservation
To reserve your place in this retreat, please submit your non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $515.
Payments

Payments can be made through cash, check, credit card or Zelle. If you’re writing a check, please make the check-out to Holy Badass Living LLC.
You can pay in full or make five monthly payments of $600. All final payments are due by October 1, 2024.
Accommodations
All rooms are double occupancy with two rooms having the option of three. Reserve your spot and we will do our best to match you with another amazing wild woman, or book for you and your travel buddy.
