Family Dance Jam (monthly - last Sunday of the month)
This one hour family friendly dance party with a live DJ is aimed at bringing intentionality, joy, fun, and relaxation through the meditation of dance. We end the month with reflection and celebration.
DJ Said will guide us on the dance floor to let go and release.
