Living Through the Chakras
Daily healing for Mind, Body, and Soul
Every experience we live is stored in our energy bodies. The chakras (wheel) are the invisible energy centers that holds the imprints of those experiences, good and traumatic ones. The heavy residues left behind by traumatic experiences can create repeated patterns that can arise stalling the healing process.
In this half day workshop, you will learn the wisdom and medicine of the seven chakras and how it can help us heal and move into new and greater inner and outer radiance.

Esha created the wisdom academy to meet the need of souls seeking to navigate this human journey with greater intention, consciousness, and deepening awareness of one's human and divine potential. We are in a time of great transformation and many are finding it challenging to navigate alone. The wisdom academy is created for such a time where we are all being called to step into greater inner awareness of oneself to bring about a collective and individual shift
The Wisdom Academy is:
- A community of like-minded souls who wish to embark on an inner journey of the mystical.
- A learning environment to grow, cultivate greater understanding of one’s humanity, to shift our perspective of how we see, and to raise compassion for the collective.
- A safe space to share thoughts and express them without judgment
- A place to put into practice becoming present
- A way to connect and find support for your spiritual journey at your own pace
- An opportunity to be introduced to sacred text, mystical teachers from the East and West to aid in your expansion
- A place to practice listening and trusting your heart and intuition.
